Jodie joined the Alderbrooke team in late 2017 as Marketing Director. She joined Alderbrooke from IBM Europe where she led their go-to-market strategy for talent management and responsible for over $90m in marketing contributed revenue. Jodie came through two acquisitions into IBM, starting her career in HCM marketing at CHPD in 2007 before Kenexa acquired the company in 2010.
During her time at CHPD, a bespoke assessment and leadership consultancy, she was responsible for creating a cost-effective marketing plan with limited budget and resource across UK, Middle East and North America.
Whilst working at Kenexa and IBM Jodie had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from GSK, McDonalds, Regus, EY, Lloyds, Shell, etc on activities ranging from joint speaking engagements to Watson Talent Talks.
Jodie has extensive experience of managing brand acquisition strategies and building a complimentary portfolio of talent solutions to take to market. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree in Business from Leeds Metropolitan University.
